Becoming apprentices of Jesus
Growing together.
Growing together.
We strive to help your kids learn what it means to live like Jesus wherever they are. Our hope is that as your kids journey through Jr. High and High School, they will develop and harness a curious attitude that seeks God with awe and wonder. Being curious has to be held in tension with critical thinking, so students can be curious discerners. Both of these characteristics will help them become Kingdom Workers, who use their gifts and passions to join God in His plan to redeem the world.

Our vision for the Student Ministry at LCC is to come alongside you in connecting your students to Jesus and helping them maneuver the beginning of a lifelong spiritual journey. We think that one of the best ways to accomplish this is to engage students with mature adult leaders and associates who are further along this discipleship path. We seek to provide safe and welcoming environments where everyone feels at home. We want to be a resource for you and your students.
Sunday School
Sunday School Experience
9:30–10:30 AM
Sunday School exists to help students grow in their faith by studying theology, worldviews, Bible study skills, and to deepen their understanding of the story found in the Bible. We want them to wrestle with deep content with adults who can help them develop and practice critical thinking skills. There are various classes for 5th–12th Grades.

The Gathering
The Gathering
A place to be with God.
Our High School Youth Group meets Sunday Nights 6:00–8:00 p.m. during the school year. The Gathering is a place for High School Students to belong and to make sense of their world with adults who love them and who promise to invest in their lives. We want to help your High Schooler become a critical thinker who can learn to discern the world around them with a biblical worldview. We want to prepare them for an amazing life of living with Jesus, for Jesus, and like Jesus.

Fuel
Fuel
Where we allow spiritual relationships to fill our tank.
Where our Identity in Christ fills our tank
Our Jr. High Youth Group meets Wednesday nights 6:30–7:50 p.m. during the school year. Fuel is fuel for your student’s everyday life. We begin with where a Jr. Higher is (their life circumstances) and walk that to the Bible to see what God has to say about their life. Our teaching is focused on who is God, identity, relationships/sexuality, purpose, and many other topics that Jr. Highers deal with. 5th Graders have their own teaching time separate from the 6th-8th Graders.
